Free Samples Website
I came across this website and it looks pretty good. According to other bloggers it is awesome for free samples of all sorts, they add a new one every day. Apparently, they don't make you fill out any type of surveys or gimics. You can sign up to the newsletter as well to get the free samples e-mailed to you, but it is not required.
I haven't used them yet so PROCEED WITH CAUTION....you might want to use an email address other than your normal one. I normally use a gmail account but have a yahoo one that I use for online stuff like this so my regular account doesn't get inundated with spam. :-)http://www.sampleaday.com/
