Apples

The Mercantile at Dyer Dairy in Georgetown has apples for 50 cents per pound. There are Gala and Cameo apples straight from the tree. They aren't going to be as pretty as the apples we buy at the store, but neither do they have herbicides, pesticides, or any of that waxy stuff on them. I just picked up our milk there and the apples smelled soooooo good. Just thought I'd share the info. You do need to bring your own boxes. Store hours are M/T/Th/F/S from 10-7, and Sunday from 1-6.
